▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing a spherical doped nano-scale ferric phosphate, involves: 1) preparing a mixed solution of iron source, high-valence doped metal salt and spherical- shaped control agent; 2) preparing phosphorus source solution, flowing the phosphorus source solution and the mixed solution into supergravity reactor, in parallel at different rates, using a constant flow pump, adjusting the rotation speed of the supergravity reactor, to 1000-2000 rotations/minute (rpm), reacting at 60-90°C, to form iron phosphate slurry; 3) separating formed iron phosphate slurry from solid to liquid, washing, and spray drying to obtain spherical doped nanoscale iron phosphate. USE - Method is used for preparing spherical doped nano iron phosphate used in preparing spherical doped nano-lithium iron phosphate (claimed) used as positive electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing spherical doped nano iron phosphate, while enabling shape control and in-situ high-valence doping of iron phosphate/lithium iron phosphate The prepared spherical doped nano-lithium iron phosphate has improved ion conductivity and electronic conductivity, suitable for use as positive electrode material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of lithium iron phosphate, which involves: i) adopting the method of preparing spherical doped nano-scale ferric phosphate, to prepare iron phosphate; ii) mixing formed iron phosphate with lithium source and carbon source, and drying to obtain a spherical lithium iron phosphate precursor; iii) sintering lithium iron phosphate precursor in a protective atmosphere, to obtain nano lithium iron phosphate doped with metal elements, in situ.
