▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/chitosan adsorbent comprises (i) ultrasonically dispersing 1-5 wt.% graphene oxide solution at room temperature, slowly adding 2 wt.% chitosan solution under stirring condition, stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain graphene/chitosan mixed solution, where the content of graphene oxide is 1-30 wt.%; (ii) preparing 7 wt.% glutaraldehyde solution, slowly adding the graphene/chitosan mixed solution, uniformly mixing, crosslinking at 50-100 degrees C for 1-4 hours, drying at 80-100 degrees C, and crushing to obtain composite adsorbent resin particles with particle diameter of 0.01-0.3 cm. USE - The adsorbent is useful for treating printing and dyeing wastewater (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The adsorbent: is suitable for adsorbing and decoloring dye in printing and dyeing wastewater treatment; and has dye adsorption rate of more than 92%, large specific surface area, strong mechanical property, good adsorption stability and high repetition rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for treating printing and dyeing wastewater using the graphene/chitosan adsorbent, comprising adding the graphene/chitosan composite adsorbent resin particles into printing and dyeing wastewater as an adsorbent, adjusting the pH of wastewater to 3-11, where the temperature to 20-40 degrees C, the concentration of the wastewater to 60-100 mg/l, and adding 1-4 g graphene/chitosan composite adsorbent resin particles to each liter of wastewater, allowing to stand, and absorbing for 1-8 hours, and then taking the supernatant, and using ultraviolet spectrophotometer for detecting the adsorption rate of the dye adsorbent.
