NOVELTY - The sensor has a pressure sensing layer, which is provided for converting the pressure into electric signal. A sensing unit is made of polymer matrix and carbon-based conductive filler. The polymer matrix is made of flexible material. The carbon-based conductive filler is made of graphene, carbon nano-tube, and carbon black. The electrode layer comprises a flexible substrate made of flexible insulating material. The electrode and the transmission line are made of conductive ink set on the flexible substrate. The flexible packaging layer is used for packaging the pressure sensing layer and the electrode layer by adhesive sticker or hot pressing technique. USE - Flexible film array type pressure sensor. ADVANTAGE - The flexible film array type pressure sensor has high flexibility, high integration degree, high anti-interference ability of flexible piezoresistive sensor, and can be used as flexible wearable electronic sensor to have wider application scene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method for a flexible film array type pressure sensor.
