▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Hyaluronic acid-modified oxidized graphene contains hyaluronic acid, which is in covalent linkage with oxidized graphene by 2-12C alkylene diamine used as a link arm, and a nano layer is formed in a water medium. The hyaluronic acid is low molecular weight hyaluronic acid having molecular weight of 400 kD or less and 500 Daltons or more. USE - Hyaluronic acid-modified oxidized graphene is useful in preparation of pharmaceutical composition preferably antitumor medicine (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The oxidized graphene modified by hyaluronic acid has excellent biocompatibility, water-solubility and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) pharmaceutical composition containing hyaluronic acid-modified oxidized graphene and pharmaceutically active molecules in nano-drug containing layer; and (2) preparation of pharmaceutical composition, which involves mixing hyaluronic acid-modified graphene oxide and water in weight ratio of 3-50:1000, ultrasonically processing, stirring at room temperature for 24 hours, removing the organic solvent, lyophilizing and adding antineoplastic agent.
