NOVELTY - Polypropylene composite based self-assembled nucleating agent comprises graphene and beta nucleating agent as raw materials. USE - Polypropylene composite based self-assembled nucleating agent. ADVANTAGE - The polypropylene composite based self-assembled nucleating agent has stable structure, large surface area, improved crystallization rate, and good deposition effect, and is prepared in simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing polypropylene composite based self-assembled nucleating agent, which involves: (A) mixing pimelic acid, calcium stearate, and graphene oxide respectively in a amount of 0.5-1.5%, 1.5-2.5%, and 0.01-0.1% with solvent separately; (B) mixing pimelic acid solution with graphene oxide solution, heating at 40-50 degrees C with stirring at speed of 1000-1500 revolutions per minute (rpm) for 0.5-1 hour to obtain the first mixed solution, adding first mixed solution with calcium stearate suspension, performing ultrasonic treatment at the frequency of 70-90 kilohertz to obtain second mixed solution, cooling the second mixed solution to room temperature, and drying to remove solvent at 40-50 degrees C to obtain composite nucleating agent; and (C) taking certain amount of polypropylene particles, adding composite nucleating agent, mixing, drying at 40-50 degrees C, performing extrusion molding, testing its crystalline properties and mechanical properties, and then mixing in the high-speed mixer to obtain the finished product.
