▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of electronic device involves preparing 3-10 mg/mL graphene oxide solution, adjusting pH to 10, placing graphene oxide solution in the culture dish to prepare graphene oxide film by self-assembly at room temperature, reducing graphene oxide film by hydrogen iodide solution at room temperature to obtain highly conductive and surface-thinned reduced graphene oxide thin film, mixing 2-methoxyethyl acrylate, amide olefin monomer and initiator, adding to mold of PTFE plate, heating by bulk polymerization method to prepare self-repairing and high-stretch acrylate-based polymer elastomer material having viscous surface, stretching polymer elastomer material, and adhering reduced graphene oxide thin film on elastomer material. The molar ratio of 2-methoxyethyl acrylate to amide olefin monomer is 9:1 to 7:3. The usage amount of initiator is 0.5-1.2 %mass of the total mass of 2-methoxyethyl acrylate and amide olefin monomer. USE - Preparation of electronic device used as wire material for sensor devices (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easy to operate, and suitable for industrial production. The electronic device has excellent stretchability, high electrical conductivity, self-healing property and sensing property at room temperature.
