NOVELTY - Asphalt regenerating agent comprises graphene coupling agents including graphene coupling agent A and graphene coupling agent B, rubber asphalt including rubber asphalt A and rubber asphalt B, and a regenerating agent. USE - The asphalt regenerating agent is useful for stirring technique of graphene and coupling agent used in road surface. Can also be used in road surface e.g. asphalt surface, concrete surface, and concrete surface and in field of asphalt mixing. ADVANTAGE - The asphalt regenerating agent greatly improves the overall stiffness and compressive strength of the pavement, prolongs the life of the overall pavement, reduces the temperature sensitivity, and reduces the probability of road track, enhances the interaction force between the coupling agent surface organic matter and the asphalt structure, and improves the dispersibility and stability of the coupling agents in asphalt structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for stirring technique of graphene and the coupling agent based on the asphalt regenerating agent comprising (S1) pre-mixing treatment of graphene dry powder, and adding the water of known quantity, (S2) providing graphene coupling agent A and graphene coupling agent B in equal proportions respectively, (S3) adding graphene coupling agent A and graphene coupling agent B in the reactor, heating to 40-60 ℃, stirring paddle, and stirring graphene coupling agent A and graphene coupling agent B, (S4) adding rubber asphalt A, stirring 10-50 minutes and carrying out uniform stirring with graphene coupling agent A and graphene coupling agent B, (S5) heating to 70-80°C, and adding rubber asphalt B, where the temperature needs to be controlled, and constant temperature reaction to 90-120 minutes, and (S6) heating to 90-130°C, then adding regenerating agent, and stirring for 80-90 minutes, and discharging when cooled to 60-70°C.
