▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Flame-retardant graphene oxide modified composite material comprises 40-80 pts. wt. bamboo fiber, 20-40 pts. wt. polycarbonate particles, 5-10 pts. wt. flame retardant, 1-5 pts. wt. sodium methacrylate, 5-12 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. antioxidant, 8-14 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide and 2-8 pts. wt. nano fluxing agent. USE - Used as flame-retardant graphene oxide modified composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material is environment-friendly (claimed) and economical and easy to operate and control. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing flame-retardant graphene oxide modified composite material, comprising (i) adding the bamboo fiber into the silane coupling agent, adding sodium methacrylate and anhydrous ethanol mixed solution, immersing for 4-6 hours, filtering and drying; (ii) mixing the polycarbonate particles and nano-flux and granulating; and (ii) mixing the resultant the material of step (i) and step (ii), adding modified graphene oxide into high speed mixer, preheating to 55-65 degrees C, mixing and stirring for 40-60 minutes, adding flame retardants, antioxidants, heating to 65-90 degrees C, mixing and stirring for 30-60 minutes and cooling to room temperature.
