NOVELTY - The method involves dissolving silicon and carbon halide in an organic solvent and then adding with an alkali metal, alkaline earth metal or rare earth metal, and then heating to a molten state of metal for a period of time. The silicon element and carbon are deposited, after cooling process. The silicon element is utilized as a carrier to form graphene sheets on the surface. The alcohol or acid is added to the solution to remove excess metal. The co-deposit of silicon and carbon is filtered out, and finally the silicon is removed by a strong alkali sodium hydroxide solution. The remaining material is washed with water to obtain graphene. USE - Method for preparing liquid phase co-deposition of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The prepared graphene sheet has large size, small number of layers and excellent performance. The waste gas waste liquid in the reaction process of the invention is easy to be recycled, and has environmental protection advantages, simple process and strong enforceability.
