▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene/graphite complex material comprises (i) heating the modifier and melting, mixing with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and graphite, and cooling to obtain a solid mixture, (ii) removing the modifier in the solid mixture to obtain ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene/graphite complex powder, (iii) mixing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene/graphite complex powder with tetrahydrofuran or xylene to obtain ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene/graphite complex slurry, and (iv) smearing the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene/graphite complex slurry and performing hot pressing to obtain the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene/graphite complex material, where, the modifier in step (i) is phenol or 1,2,3-trichlorobenzene. USE - The method is useful for preparing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene/graphite complex material, which is useful in high molecular material. ADVANTAGE - The method provides ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene/graphite complex material with excellent performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene/graphite complex material prepared by above-mentioned method.
