▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The device comprises a supporting column (2) fixedly installed at the bottom side of the box body (1). A top side of the box body is provided with a feeding port that is set with a feeding pipe (31). A discharging port is provided on the bottom side of the box body. A discharging pipe (41) is provided in the discharging port. A screening mechanism is provided at the lower side of the box body. The screening mechanism includes a middle frame. A filter screen is fixed inside the middle frame. A crushing device and an air spraying device are provided on a top side of the middle frame. A stirring mechanism is arranged below the box body and provided with a vertical stirring plate. A brush plate is connected to the side end surface of the vertical stirring plate. The brush plate is distributed with multiple enhanced brush wires. USE - Lead powder production and stirring device for a lead-acid storage battery useful for generating static electricity. ADVANTAGE - By setting the sieving mechanism the lead powder is crushed into lead powder monomer, thus improving the utilization rate of the lead powders, and stirring the mechanism brush wire in the rotating stirring process and lead powder friction to avoid easily generation of static electricity and avoid the lead powder easily to be adhered on the brush thread so that high cleaning efficiency is maintained in the using process. The brush sleeve is fully distributed with special enhanced brush wire, in order to prevent the brush wire from generating static with the lead dust friction in the stirring process, the device processes the polystyrene micro-sphere, using in-situ polymerization process, under the reducing action of sodium borohydride, adhering and reducing graphene oxide particles on the surface of the polystyrene microsphere.
