NOVELTY - Flexible resistive humidity sensor comprises a flexible substrate (3), a graphene pattern layer (2), and an external measuring circuit (1). The graphene pattern layer is set on the flexible substrate. The graphene pattern layer is connected to an external measuring circuit. The patterns of the graphene pattern layer are connected. USE - Used as flexible resistive humidity sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor: is ultra-thin and simple in structure; has a pattern design having a lot of chamber for development; can give different performance by designing different patterns; can be prepared by printing technology; is easy to produce on a large scale; and has high precision and flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the flexible resistive humidity sensor, comprising (a) etching the graphene conductive pattern on the surface of the flexible substrate (3) by using laser, and (b) connecting both ends of the formed graphene pattern to an external resistance measuring circuit.
