NOVELTY - Far-infrared heating, weather-resistant graphene nylon yarn is made of polyamide fiber, graphene fiber and anti-aging agent, which is synthesized by melt polycondensation reaction of 2,5-thiophene dicarboxylic acid and 2,6-diaminopyridine. USE - Far-infrared heating, weather-resistant graphene nylon yarn. ADVANTAGE - The far-infrared heating, weather-resistant graphene nylon yarn has good compatibility, cost-effective, has the dual characteristics of far-infrared heating and weather resistance, and improves quality of its textile products. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing far-infrared heating and weather-resistant graphene nylon yarn, which involves: (A) mixing polyamide fiber, graphene fiber and anti-aging agent to obtain a mixture; (B) adding the mixture to a twin-screw extruder and melt and extrude to obtain a melt; (C) pulling the melt into a water tank for cooling and drying to obtain a wire body; and (D) stretching thread body to obtain graphene nylon yarn.
