▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing foamed graphene from antibiotic residue involves (i) performing solvothermal pretreatment on the solution containing antibiotic bacterium residue, alkali (A), and alcohol, and solid-liquid separation to obtain a pretreatment product, (ii) mixing the pretreatment product and alkali (B) and subjecting it to a two-stage gradient heat treatment to obtain the foamed graphene, where the two-stage gradient heat treatment process comprises the first stage heat treatment and second stage heat treatment, and the temperature of the first stage heat treatment is 300-500 degrees C, and the temperature of the second stage heat treatment is 600-1050 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing foamed graphene from antibiotic residue used for preparing negative electrode active material for alkali metal ion battery (all claimed), and in hazardous solid waste recovery. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes the high-value recycling and utilization of medical waste antibiotic bacteria residue, is environmentally-friendly, economical, and suitable for large-scale production and ensures short preparation process, excellent conductivity, high capacity and excellent cycle stability.
