NOVELTY - The capacitor has a thin-film-like resin dielectric material layer (3) which is currently clamped by a pair of graphene compound layer (2) containing the element selected from the group which consists of oxygen, nitrogen, phosphorus, and sulphur, and is arranged between a pair of electrode layers (1), and pair of graphene compound layer. The thin-film-like resin dielectric material layer is a layer which consists of nanocomposite material which the high dielectric material nanoparticle is distributed in the layer which consists only of high dielectric resin or resin. The electrode layer is a layer containing the metal selected from the group which consists of copper, nickel, aluminum, chromium, titanium, molybdenum, and tungsten. USE - Thin film capacitor used as snubber capacitor in semiconductor power module (claimed) used for hybrid vehicle and electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The resin dielectric material layers, such as resin thin film to which the high dielectric resin thin film or high dielectric material nanoparticle is distributed, and thin film capacitor by which the sharp fall of the capacitor capacity in a high-temperature, high-humidity environment is suppressed.
