NOVELTY - fiber reinforced nylon composite material comprises 60-80 pts. wt. nylon, 10-20 pts. wt. silicone-modified polyester acrylate, 5-10 pts. wt. aramid fiber, 20-30 pts. wt. modified graphene, 4-8 pts. wt. flexibilizer, 0.6-1.8 pts. wt. compatilizer, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. lubricant and 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. antioxidant, where the modified graphene is mainly prepared by graphene, oxalic acid, and sodium metaaluminate. USE - fiber reinforced nylon composite material. ADVANTAGE - The fiber reinforced nylon composite material has very good heat-conducting effect, and can endure high temperature, and has excellent mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing fiber reinforced nylon composite material, which involves (A) weighing nylon 66, organic silicon modified polyester acrylate, aramid fiber, modified graphene, flexibilizer, compatilizer, lubricant and antioxidant for further use, mixing and stirring uniformly, the nadding into the twin-screw extruder at the temperature of 250-270 degrees C for extruding and granulating, and obtaining heat-conducting nylon master batch; (B) drying by heat conducting nylon master batch then mixing with organic silicon modified polyesteracrylate, compatilizer, antioxidant and lubricant for mixing and uniformly stirring to obtain mixing material; (C) adding the mixture into the double screw extruder at 260-280 degrees C for extruding; and (D) granulating to obtain the finished product.
