NOVELTY - High density polyethylene (HDPE) corrugated pipe, comprises an inner wall and an outer wall, where the inner wall includes 60-70 pts. wt. enhanced HDPE master batch, 6-10 pts. wt. magnesium carbonate, 1-2 pts. wt. zinc sulfide, 2 pts. wt. pentaerythritol ester and 2 pts. wt. polyethylene wax. The outer wall comprises 50-65 pts. wt. enhanced HDPE master batch, 15-20 pts. wt. wear-resistant master batch, 6-10 pts. wt. magnesium carbonate, 1-2 pts. wt. zinc sulfide, 2 pts. wt. pentaerythritol ester and 2 pts. wt. polyethylene wax. The reinforced HDPE master batch is prepared by (1) spinning, drawing and cutting the PA6 slices to obtain PA6 short fibers, (2) mixing concentrated sulfuric acid and a potassium dichromate solution to obtain a chromic acid solution, adding PA6 short fibers into the chromic acid solution, transferring the chromic acid solution into an ultrasonic cleaning instrument and ultrasonically treating. USE - The high density polyethylene corrugated pipe is useful in the field of transportation and construction. ADVANTAGE - The pipe: has high elastic modulus, smooth inner and outer wall and excellent dispersibility; can increase the compatibility of HDPE sheet; and reduce the wear rate of outer wall. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the HDPE corrugated pipe of high elastic modulus, comprising mixing and feeding raw materials of the inner wall and outer wall, melting and extruding the raw materials to respectively manufacture the inner wall and outer wall, cooling and shaping the inner wall into a smooth shape through a mold core, forming the outer wall into a corrugated shape through vacuum plastic suction, welding the inner wall and outer wall, cooling, drawing, and cutting to obtain the final product.
