NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-polyester nano composite fiber comprises (i) drying the polyester and polyester chips before use, peeling off graphene by mechanical ball milling, mixing the dried polyester and polyester chips and the exfoliated graphene at mass ratio of 100: (0.1-20) to obtain a mixture and leading the mixture into the mixing tank; (ii) setting the rotating speed of 10000-25000 revolutions/minute through the stirring tank, stirring continuously for 0.5-4 minutes, and mixing the mixture at high speed to obtain graphene-polyester polyester composite masterbatch; (iii) drying the graphene-polyester polyester composite masterbatch, sending into the feeding bin of the spinning box, and heating the composite masterbatch and squeezing into the spinneret; and (iv) leading out through the nozzle hole on the lower surface of the spinneret, passing through a slow cooling device, blow-cooling, molding, oiling, and stretching by roller one, two and three, and winding. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-polyester nano composite fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method: can realize the parallel airflow cooling of the spinning fiber, avoid the vertical state between the wind direction and the fiber and the uneven wind speed which can easily cause air turbulence and cause the problem of floating silk; provides uniform cooling effect of the spinning fiber, so that the cooling time of the spinning fiber and the drawing ratio are maintained consistent; and produces higher resulting spinning quality.
