NOVELTY - Fireproof material comprises 40-60 pts. wt. base emulsion, 5-10 pts. wt. silica powder, 10-20 pts. wt. vermiculite powder, 30-35 pts. wt. ultra-pure water, 15-20 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, 10-35 pts. wt. graphene oxide dispersion liquid and 20-25 pts. wt. nano silicon carbide, where the base emulsion comprises polypropylene emulsion, vinyl acetate-ethylene co-emulsion or vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion. USE - The fireproof material is used for ultra-thin steel structure. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent flame retardant property, conductivity, film forming property and mechanical property, and improves fire performance of steel structures.
