▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An ultra thin lithium film composite comprises bearing layer, stress control layer positioned on at least one surface of the bearing layer and ultra thin lithium film compounded with the bearing layer through the stress control layer. The lithium film is an uniform thin film with through holes having pore size of 5-200 microns, and has uniform thickness of 0.5-20 microns, and thickness tolerance of within plus minus 0.5 microns. The bonding force between the ultra-thin lithium film and the bearing layer is 0.5-15 Nm-1. USE - Ultra-thin lithium film composite used for lithium battery used in aerospace application, computer, mobile communication device, robot and electrical applications. ADVANTAGE - The ultra-thin lithium film composite has high energy density, long cycle life and wide application temperature range, and can be easily attached to the bearing layer, and reduces the stress influence of rolling, and maintains good surface of the lithium film.
