▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Antibacterial film comprises reducing oxidation of graphene lysozyme and chitosan. USE - Antibacterial film. ADVANTAGE - The raw materials have excellent property of antibacterial and biodegradation performance, reducing and oxidizing as graphene reinforcing agent improves the mechanical antibacterial of the film, and prolongs the service antibacterial of the film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing antibacterial film, which involves (a) taking the reduction oxidation graphene ultrasonically dispersing for 30 minutes to obtain the concentration of 0.2mg/ml of reduction oxidation graphene solution; (b) taking lysozyme, completely dissolving in phosphate buffer solution, obtaining lysozyme solution with concentration of 0-2mg/ml; (c) adding the lysozyme solution obtained into the reducing and oxidizing graphene solution obtained, stirring, centrifuging, collecting precipitate, washing to obtain the reducing oxidized graphene-lysozyme and drying; (d) completely dissolving the chitosan by acetic acid solution, stirring to obtain the concentration of 1-3%m/V chitosan acetic acid aqueous solution; (e) taking 0-6 mg of reducing oxidized graphene-lysozyme, adding to obtained concentration is 1-3%m/V the chitosan acetic acid aqueous solution, dispersing until the solid is completely dissolved, filtering to remove insoluble substance, adding glycerol in turn sodium citrate, stirring uniformly to obtain 0-1.2mg/ml chitosan-reducing oxidized graphene-lysozyme solution; and (f) pouring the chitosan-reducing oxidized graphene-lysozyme solution prepared to one side of the polytetrafluoroethylene plate, coating, drying polytetrafluoroethylene plate after coating to obtain the lysozyme-chitosan reducing oxidized graphene antibacterial.
