NOVELTY - Conductive polystyrene composite material comprises 60-70 pts. wt. polystyrene, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 2-3 pts. wt. carbon nano tube, 4-9 pts. wt. toughening agent, 0.5-5 pts. wt. antioxidant and/or 0.1-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. USE - The conductive polystyrene composite material is useful in plastic chip, power supply or display (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: uses carbon nano-tube, which can generate synergetic effect in the polystyrene matrix component conductive network; has a lower resistivity; uses toughening agent, silane coupling agent and antioxidant, which ensures the excellent mechanical performance to material, can satisfy the requirement of the electrical performance and mechanical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - AN INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing conductive polystyrene composite material comprising (a) mixing toughening agent, coupling agent, antioxidant, polystyrene and flowing agent to obtain mixture, (b) mixing graphene, carbon nano-tube and mixture obtained in step (a), and extruding.
