▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The graphene thin film (100) has first connecting portion (42) and second connecting portion (44) that are alternately arranged on both sides of the sheet layers (22). One of the first connecting portions connects a first side (32) of N sheet layer and a first side of an (N-1) sheet layer. One of second connecting portions connects a second side (34) of N sheet layer and a second side of (N+1) sheet layer. The sheet layers and connecting portions form a continuous graphene thin film structure. Each of connecting portions is provided with graphene of monolayer of carbon atoms. USE - Graphene thin film of thermoelectric device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high efficient thin film thermoelectric device is obtained to improve the thermoelectric power factor. The dislocation of lattice arrangement is reduced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) thermoelectric device has lower electrode that is located on lower substrate. The graphene thin film is located on lower electrode and the graphene thin film is provided with several sheet layers; and (2) fabrication method of graphene thin film involves providing a substrate and forming graphene layer on the substrate. The protective layer is formed on the graphene layer. The substrate is folded into several times to form connecting portions and sheet layers. The substrate and the protective layer are removed to form graphene layer with folded configuration. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the graphene thin film.
