NOVELTY - A polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film comprises a release film, an adhesive layer, a PET substrate layer, a high temperature resistant heat insulation layer and a reflective layer. The adhesive layer comprises acrylate adhesive, epoxy resin adhesive and/or silicone adhesive. The PET substrate layer comprises 50-70 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 30-40 pts. wt. polyurethane acrylate, 10 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide and 12-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide. The high temperature resistant heat insulation layer comprises 50-70 pts. wt. polyurethane acrylate, 30-40 pts. wt. rosin-based polyether acrylic acid, 10 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide and 5-8 pts. wt. nano-zinc dioxide. The reflective layer comprises 100 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 4-6 pts. wt. glass microsphere and 1.5-2 pts. wt. filamentous silver, where the filamentous silver comprises filamentous pure silver or filamentous silver alloy. USE - The PET film is used for automobiles. ADVANTAGE - The PET film adopts PET as raw material, improves the basic functions of PET film by adding specific types of macromolecule modification and improves the optical and mechanical properties of PET. The preparation method is simple, has mild reaction conditions and is suitable for large-scale industrialized popularization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the PET film comprising laminating PET substrate layer, high temperature resistant heat insulation layer and reflective layer, sequentially rolling and laminating, applying an adhesive layer on the side of the PET substrate layer away from the high temperature resistant heat insulation layer and covering the adhesive layer with a release film to obtain the PET film.
