KR-80F aldehyde-ketone resin, 22-26 pts. wt. graphene, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. paraffin wax, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. zirconium oxychloride, 0.05-0.08 pt. wt. aluminum octanoic acid, 1.3-1.6 pts. wt. ethenyltrimethoxysilane, 0.3-0.8 pt. wt. defoaming agent, 0.1-0.4 pt. wt. mildew-proof agent, 2.2-2.5 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. dispersant, and 65-70 pts. wt. solvent. The dicyclopentadiene-modified phenolic epoxy resin is prepared by mixing 80-85 pts. wt. dicyclopentadiene phenol epoxy resin and 10-15 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, adding 55-58 pts. wt. mixed solvent, mixing, where mixed solvent comprises propylene glycol methyl ether acetate ester and propylene glycol butyl ether at ratio of 2-3:1-2, continuously adding 1.2-1.5 pts. wt. t-amyl peroxy acetate, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. sulfur, and 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. triaryl isocyanurate crosslinking agent, stirring at 350-370 revolutions/minute, heating to 92-95 degrees C at heating speed of 12-15 degrees C/minute, heating to 125-128 degrees C at heating speed of 2.6-2.9 degrees C/minute, insulating for 3-5 hours, and cooling to room temperature.
