▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Heat-conducting and insulating graphene gasket comprises a graphene block formed by stacking multi-layer graphene film (1). The graphene block is penetrated and fixed with a carbon fiber (3) that is provided along a thickness direction of the graphene block to form a graphene-carbon fiber three-dimensional heat-conducting structure. An insulating layer is fixedly connected with along a horizontal direction of the graphene block. The insulating layer contains anisotropic magnetic boron nitride. USE - Used as heat-conducting and insulating graphene gasket. ADVANTAGE - The heat-conducting and insulating graphene gasket has excellent insulating performance and heat conducting performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the heat-conducting and insulating graphene gasket, comprising: (i) coating adhesive on bottom graphene film, placing second graphene film on bottom graphene film, repeating gluing and laminating steps until stack reaches target height, and curing adhesive to obtain graphene film block body; (ii) providing through-hole on graphene film block body, where axial direction of through-hole is parallel to lamination direction of graphene film; (iii) coating adhesive on surface of rewinding carbon fiber, penetrating into through-hole, and curing adhesive to obtain graphene-carbon fiber three-dimensional structure body; (iv) slicing graphene-carbon fiber three-dimensional structure body along direction parallel to graphene film stack to obtain graphene gasket; and (v) coating magnetic boron nitride-containing insulating glue on two surfaces vertical to stacking direction of graphene gasket, orienting graphene gasket in magnetic field, and curing.
