DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A nickel-cobalt oxide (NiCo2O4)/graphene super capacitor materials preparing method involves utilizing natural graphite as raw materials and performing improved oxidation Hummers method to obtain graphite oxide. The graphite oxide is dissolved in water to form uniform dispersion, followed by source of nickel and cobalt are added, stirred until the mixture is dissolved, urea is added and stirred to obtain a mixed dispersion. The resulting dispersion is placed in microwave reactor, microwave heating is carried out under reflux reaction, after the completion of the reaction, and natural cooled. The obtained mixture is subjected to centrifugation. The resulting product is washed with deionized water and absolute ethanol respectively, dried and calcined to obtain porous flake nickel-cobalt oxide/graphene super capacitor materials.
