NOVELTY - Anti-ultraviolet packaging film comprises 60-80 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-20 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, 5-9 pts. wt. rosin amine, 2-3 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide, 1-3 pts. wt. guanidine polymer, 5-10 pts. wt. polyurethane, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene particles, 4-8 pts. wt. phenylacetic acid, 10-20 pts. wt. diatomaceous earth, 5-8 pts. wt. ceramic fiber, 2-5 pts. wt. glass fiber, 0.6-1.2 pts. wt. nano silver particles, 4-8 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-15 pts. wt. additive, 5-7 pts. wt. quartz powder, 3-7 pts. wt. lignin and 5-15 pts. wt. benzoic acid. USE - Used as anti-ultraviolet packaging film. ADVANTAGE - The film: has simple preparation process, no-toxicity and harmless chemicals, anti-aging and anti-corrosion effect; increase toughness and aging resistance; and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anti-ultraviolet packaging film comprising (i) mixing raw materials, (ii) mixing epoxy resin, ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, polyurethane, graphene particle and nano silver particle, stirring, heating to a molten state and stirring, (iii) adding phenylacetic acid into the mixture obtained in step (ii), diatomite, ceramic fiber, stirring glass fiber at 600-800 revolutions per minute, (iv) adding curing agent and additive, mixing, heating at 120-150 degrees C, performing rapid stirring at 800-1000 revolutions per minute and reacting, (v) adding material prepared in step (iv) into rosin amine, hydrogen peroxide, polymer, stirring, refrigerating at 2-5 degrees C for 3-5 hours, (vi) restoring material of step (v) to normal temperature, mixing crystal powder, lignin, benzoic acid, stirring, allowing to stand for 1-2 hours, sealing prepared product, fumigating at 55-65 degrees C for 5-10 minutes, (vii) transferring material processed in step (vi) into the freezing device and freezing, and (viii) heating material frozen in step (vii), melting by a film forming machine, extruding and molding to obtain final product.
