NOVELTY - A graphene-doped enzyme biosensor comprises a reference electrode, a counter electrode and a modified working electrode, where the modified working electrode is a working electrode and a substance recognition film, the substance recognition film is solidified on the surface of the working electrode, the substance recognition film is mainly prepared by doping graphene composite material, polyphenol oxidase, bovine serum albumin and glutaraldehyde, and the doped graphene composite material is prepared by mixing a graphene oxide with aniline in water, and polymerizing the aniline in the acidic medium under the action of the oxidant on the surface of the graphene oxide to obtain a polyaniline-graphene oxide composite, and The polyaniline-graphene oxide composite is calcined to obtain the finished product. USE - Graphene-doped enzyme biosensor for detecting phenol (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-doped enzyme biosensor has strong anti- interference ability, wide detection range, low detection limit, high repeatability and stability, better selectivity and application prospect.
