NOVELTY - A preparation method of composite structure shaft component, involves coating a fatigue-resistant composite material layer rich in nano-reinforced phase on a surface of a metal base material with high-toughness shaft-shaped structure through powder sintering to obtain a blank ingot, deforming the integrated blank ingot by hot extrusion to improve the bonding strength between a composite material layer and a core metal substrate to obtain a composite structure shaft component with excellent combination of surface composite material layer and core substrate layer, where the core metal substrate provides high integral toughness of the component and high surface strength, and the high-rigidity composite material layer effectively inhibits the fatigue crack germination, and improves the whole anti-fatigue ability of the component. USE - Preparation method of composite structure shaft component. ADVANTAGE - The composite material layer with high rigidity effectively inhibits the fatigue crack germination, so as to improve the whole anti-fatigue ability of the component. The core metal substrate is provided with high integral toughness, high surface strength, and high fatigue-resistant nano-composite material layer, so that the service life of the whole component is improved. The powder metallurgy is a solid phase material preparation technology, because it does not need remelting, keeps the initial powder paving structure, has high flexibility, which is very suitable for preparing composite structure material parts. The composite structure takes metal substrate as shaft core, nano-phase reinforced metal-based composite material coated on the surface of the high-toughness shaft-shaped metal base material by powder sintering.
