NOVELTY - High-performance self-compacting cement counterweight comprises 75-100 pts. wt. cement, 10-20 pts. wt. quartz sand, 10-30 pts. wt. fly ash, 1-4 pts. wt. porous ceramsite, 1-2 pts. wt. modified graphene/sodium alginate composite gel fiber, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. water reducing agent, and 2-6 pts. wt. defoaming agent. USE - High-performance self-compacting cement counterweight. ADVANTAGE - The high-performance self-compacting cement counterweight has good stability, good compactness, high strength and low preparation cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a high-performance self-compacting cement counterweight, which involves: (A) mixing the biological sludge, straw ash, and clay uniformly; (B) granulating and drying at 80-100 degrees C for 30-60 minutes; (C) placing in a muffle furnace and calcining at a high temperature in an air atmosphere to obtain porous ceramsite; (D) mixing sodium alginate and deionized water for swelling treatment; (E) stirring and mixing at 40-50 degrees C to prepare sodium alginate solution; (F) mixing and stirring the silane coupling agent, laponite and deionized water at room temperature; (G) adding graphene oxide, stirring and processing; (H) adding the resulting mixture to the sodium alginate solution; (I) adding the glutaraldehyde solution, using the wet spinning process for spinning and undergoes chemical reduction treatment; (J) preparing modified graphene/sodium alginate composite gel fiber; (K) mixing the cement and fly ash uniformly; (L) adding the quartz sand to continue mixing; (M) adding porous ceramsite, modified graphene/sodium alginate composite gel fiber and continue to stir and mix uniformly, continue to add water, water reducing agent, and defoamer, stirring and mixing to obtain a mixture; (N) placing the mixture into a mold and molding after curing for 24 hours; and (O) curing the sample under natural humid environment and preparing high-performance self-compacting cement counterweight.
