NOVELTY - Preparing high thermal conductivity graphene composite thermal grease, comprises preparing graphene nano-copper composite material having less than 10 lamellae, uniformly distributing nano-copper particles between the layers, mixing graphene nano-copper composite material, thermal conductive filler and silicone oil, dispersing and stirring evenly, and removing the solvent to obtain the final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing high thermal conductivity graphene composite thermal grease. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite thermal grease effectively improves the thermal conductivity of the thermally conductive grease. The particle size is uniformly distributed without agglomeration, thus the thermal resistance of the copper particle and the graphene sheet is smaller.
