NOVELTY - A graphene embellish electrode preparing method involves using bundle of carbon fiber, quartz capillary, taking capillary tube filled with epoxy resin glue, gluing capillary tube with copper wire, wrapping carbon fiber with copper wire, applying conductive silver paste on carbon fiber and copper wire, drying, curing and sealing both ends of the quartz glass tube with epoxy resin glue to obtain carbon fiber microdisk electrode. The obtained electrode is cleaned, dispersed with graphene oxide, followed by carrying out cyclic voltammetry scanning process to obtain finished product. USE - Method for preparing graphene embellish electrode for detecting capillary electrophoresis and preparing prepared L-tryptophan, glutathione and uric acid sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene embellish electrode with increased catalytic activity, improved sensitivity and promoted electron transfer rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene embellish electrode preparing method involves using bundle of carbon fiber, quartz capillary, taking capillary tube filled with epoxy resin glue, gluing capillary tube with copper wire, wrapping carbon fiber with copper wire, applying conductive silver paste on carbon fiber and copper wire, drying, curing, sealing both ends of the quartz glass tube with epoxy resin glue and allowing to stand for curing rubber to obtain carbon fiber microdisk electrode. The obtained electrode is cleaned by using three electrode system, dispersed with graphene oxide and buffer solution to obtain dispersion system, followed by carrying out cyclic voltammetry scanning process to obtain finished product.
