NOVELTY - Biodegradable graphene oxide composite fibrous film comprises an outer layer and an inner layer, the outer layer is graphene oxide modified biodegradable polymer nanofiber, and the inner layer is sodium alginate/polyvinyl alcohol nanocomposite fiber. USE - The biodegradable graphene oxide composite fibrous film is useful as medical dressing, surgical suture or drug carrier material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fibrous film has good biocompatibility, biodegradability, bacteriostatic and good mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing biodegradable graphene oxide composite fibrous film, comprising (1) dispersing graphene oxide in solvent A ultrasonically to form uniform graphene oxide solution, and dissolving biodegradable polymer in solvent B to form biodegradable polymer solution, (2) mixing graphene oxide solution and biodegradable polymer solution, stirring and mixing uniformly to form an outer static spinning solution A, (3) dissolving sodium alginate and polyvinyl alcohol in de-ionized water to obtain sodium alginate aqueous solution and polyvinyl alcohol solution, mixing the two solution according to the proportion, stirring and mixing uniformly, forming inner static spinning solution B, (4) placing outer static spinning solution A and inner static spinning solution B in electrospinning machine, using coaxial electrostatic spinning, extruding the inner fiber calcium chloride ethanol solution into coagulating bath, cross linking for 30-60 minutes, washing by anhydrous ethanol, and vacuum drying to obtain biodegradable graphene oxidie composite fibrous film.
