NOVELTY - Preparing sensitive material having specificity comprises (i) adding oxidized graphene suspension with acid solution containing citric acid, glucose and tin chloride monohydrate, urea and aqueous ammonia, to obtain mixed solution; (ii) adding the mixed solution into the microwave/ultraviolet/ultrasonic reaction device, using the pressure control model to process microwave hydrothermal reaction, and performing ultrasonic treatment, microwave hydrothermal reaction after separation, washing, vacuum drying, to obtain the formaldehyde gas, where microwave hydrothermal reaction temperature is 120-200 degrees C, the pressure is 1-5 MPa for 60-200 minutes. USE - The sensitive material is useful for formaldehyde gas. ADVANTAGE - The method promotes carrier separation and transfer, improves material sensitivity and response speed. The sensitive material has high selectivity to formaldehyde gas.
