NOVELTY - Membrane catalyst supporting cobalt tetroxide comprises polymer fiber porous membrane and cobalt tetroxide distributed on surface and inside of polymer fiber porous membrane. USE - Membrane catalyst supporting cobalt tetroxide used in catalytic activation of persulfate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cobalt tetroxide is distributed on the surface and inside of the membrane, avoid agglomeration of cobalt tetroxide so that cobalt tetroxide has a higher specific surface area, and improve the contact probability of catalytically active components and the substance to be catalyzed, so as to improving the catalytic performance of the membrane catalyst. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing cobalt tetroxide-supporting membrane catalyst, which involves: (a)mixing cobalt tetroxide, polymer and solvent to obtain spinning solution;(b)electrospinning the spinning solution to obtain the membrane catalyst supporting cobalt tetroxide.
