▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene composite material comprises 30-50 pts. wt. modified graphene, and 10-15 pts. wt. flame-retardant additive. Also claimed the preparation of the graphene composite material, which involves (S1) adding modified graphene and deionized water into the reactor, at speed of 300-500 rpm, and at 35-40 degrees C, stirring and adding flame-retardant additive, and 1-hydroxybenzotriazole, and stirring for 2-3 hours to prepare a mixed solution, and (S2) ultrasonically-treating mixed solution at frequency of 3-5 MHz for 10-15 minutes, filtering to remove the filtrate, drying the filter cake for 2-3 hours at a temperature of 80 degrees C. USE - Graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite material has excellent flame retardance, and is manufactured by forming a coke layer formed on the surface of the material, in which the coke layer has excellent insulating oxygen, and heating to extinguish flame, simultaneously little smoke generated when the material is burned, without reducing the flame retardant performance due to long-term use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene composite material, which involves (a) adding modified graphene and deionized water into the reactor at a speed of 300-500 rpm and at 35-40 degrees C, stirring and adding flame-retardant additives and 1-hydroxybenzotriazole, and stirring for 2-3 hours to form a mixed solution, and (b) ultrasonically-treating mixture for 10-15 minutes at a frequency of 3-5 MHz, and filtering to remove the filtrate, and drying the filter cake at 80 degrees C for 2-3 hours.
