NOVELTY - A graphene preparing method involves preparing graphene oxide by Hummer's oxidation process by utilizing graphite powder as raw material. Oxalic acid crystal is added to resulting suspension liquid heated at 65-95 degrees C, stirred under magnetic force and reacted for 4-20 hours. The obtained product is warmed up to temperature of 140-160 degrees C. Excess oxalic acid is removed, and the resulting product is washed and dried to obtain graphene product. USE - Chemical method for preparing graphene that is utilized for industrialized application. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene with reduced toxicity and high purity in an inexpensive manner.
