▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An electrochemical sensor includes a glassy carbon electrode as working electrode in a three-electrode system, where the reaction of the glassy carbon electrode end surface deposition graphene layer, and the surface of the graphene layer are deposited nano-gold layer, gold layer on the surface of the nano self-assembled thiol modified mercury mismatch specific double-stranded DNA structure formed of mercury oligonucleotide probes. USE - Electrochemical sensor for detecting trace concentrations of mercury in water. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has simple and practical structure, and can be manufactured in convenient, good specific, sensitive and eco friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An electrochemical sensor includes a glassy carbon electrode as working electrode in a three-electrode system, where the reaction of the glassy carbon electrode end surface deposition graphene layer, and the surface of the graphene layer are deposited nano-gold layer, gold layer on the surface of the nano self-assembled thiol modified mercury (T-Hg2+-T) mismatch specific double-stranded DNA structure formed of mercury oligonucleotide probes. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing electrochemical sensor.
