NOVELTY - A graphene-based aerogel electrode material comprises 2-3 pts. wt. sepiolite, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-20 pts. wt. glucose, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium dodecyl sulfonate, 20-30 pts. wt. zinc chloride, 30-40 pts. wt. potassium permanganate, 80-100 pts. wt. ethanol, 2-4 pts. wt. acrylic emulsion, 3-5 pts. wt. KH560 (RTM: (~C)-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane), 20-30 pts. wt. pyrrole, 35-45 pts. wt. p-toluenesulfonic acid, 35-40 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate and 500-1000 pts. wt. distilled water. USE - Graphene-based aerogel electrode material used in supercapacitors, Faraday capacitor and electrical double layer capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based aerogel electrode material uses manganese dioxide which increases the specific capacitance of the supercapacitors, improves the conductivity of manganese and dipping ability of electrolyte. Cycle performance of the supercapacitors are improved. Addition of sepiolite makes the electrode material anticorrosive in nature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-based aerogel electrode material comprises 2-3 pts. wt. sepiolite, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-20 pts. wt. glucose, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium dodecyl sulfonate, 20-30 pts. wt. zinc chloride,30-40 pts. wt. potassium permanganate, 80-100 pts. wt. ethanol,2-4 pts. wt. acrylic emulsion, 3-5 pts. wt. KH560 (RTM: (~C)-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane), 20-30 pts. wt. pyrrole, 35-45 pts. wt. p-toluenesulfonic acid, 35-40 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate and 500-1000 pts. wt. distilled water. The concentration of zinc chloride solution is 2-5 mol/L, ammonium persulfate solution is 3-6 mol/L and solid content of acrylic emulsion is 10-30 %mass.
