▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Light weight silica brick comprises 15-30 wt.% silica particles, 20-40 wt.% silica, 10-20 wt.% rough silica powder, 14-18 wt.% silica fine powder, 5-15 wt.% graphene, 1.5-2.5 wt.% composite mineralizer, 2-5 wt.% binding agent and 1.5-3 wt.% carbon. USE - Light weight silica brick. ADVANTAGE - The light weight silica brick is shock resistant, alkali resistant, corrosion resistant, abrasion resistant, high temperature resistant, and has high strength and excellent mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing composite mineralizing agent, which involves crushing granite, fluorite and potassium feldspar over 100-300 meshes sieve and removing impurities, curing granite, fluorite and potassium feldspar at 1150 degrees C, cooling to 25 degrees C within 20 hours, pressing processed granite, fluorite and potassium feldspar, adding boron nitride and diatom ooze, grinding in wet ball mill to obtain slurry, sieving through 400-500 meshes sieve, drying slurry at 220-280 degrees C to moisture content of 3-5 wt.%, adding micro glass beads and nano zinc oxide, and carrying out ultrasonic processing at power of 100-120 kiloWatt to obtain product; and (2) a method for producing light weight silica brick, which involves weighing raw material, mixing and molding mixture, carrying out vibration molding and curing for 20-25 hours at 550-650 degrees C, transferring baked brick to vacuum impregnation tank at vacuum pressure of 0.05-0.08MPa, packing for 40-50 minutes and adding impregnating agent, dwelling for 3-5 hours, and firing at 1200-1285 degrees C for 75-85 hours to obtain product.
