USE - Preparation of nano-graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano-graphene film has excellent light transmission, high electrical conductivity, mechanical flexibility, anti-peeling properties, chemical stability and corrosion resistance property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of nano-graphene film involves weighing 0.3-0.5 kg graphite powder and 0.2-0.25 kg sodium nitrate in 500 ml reaction tank, dropping the temperature to 0 degrees C, slowly adding 100-120 ml concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring, adding 1-1.5 kg potassium permanganate, raising the temperature of the reaction tank to 35 degrees C, reacting for 30 minutes, slowly adding 200-230 ml distilled water to the reaction kettle, starting the reactor of the electromagnetic stirring device, stirring for 15 minutes, slowly adding 1600-l700 ml distilled water, diluting, adding 18-20 ml hydrogen peroxide, placing the reactor material in the filter, cleaning the residue with large number of distilled water for 8 hours, washing the filtrate with the pH of 7, centrifuging the filter residue, ultrasonically mixing 500-600 mg filter residue and 260-300 ml distilled water in ultrasonic mixer for 5 minutes, dispersing to obtain brown solution to obtain nano-oxide graphene colloidal dispersion liquid, heating the obtained oxidized graphene dispersion liquid in the water bath at 60 degrees C for 6 minutes, forming the film on the interface, inserting the polyethylene terephthalate film into the dispersion liquid, pulling the film of the interface to the polyethylene terephthalate substrate, and drying the substrate in vacuum oven at 80 degrees C for 60 minutes.
