NOVELTY - An organic light emitting diode (OLED) visual array breath sensor comprises a substrate (10), an anode layer (20), a humidity sensitive material film layer (30), a hole injection layer (41), a hole transport layer (42), an organic light-emitting layer (43), an electron transport layer, an electron injection layer and a metal cathode layer. The substrate is a glass substrate, the anode sheet is a transparent metal oxide (ITO) film, the thickness is 100-200 nm, and the humidity sensitive film layer is a two-dimensional layered transition metal carbon/nitride family graphene-dimensional material with a thickness of 50-100 nm. USE - Organic LED (OLED) visual array breath sensor for detecting humidity change when breathing through humidity sensitive material film layer, and converting change into electric signal. ADVANTAGE - The OLED visual array respiration sensor realizes the detection of humidity change when breathing through the humidity sensitive material film layer, and converts the change into electric signal, so as to control the luminous intensity of the OLED, realizing visualization of respiration.
