NOVELTY - Preparation of high heat-conducting flexible graphene film comprises freeze-drying graphene oxide powder and dispersing in solvent to get 0.1-10 mg/ml graphene oxide dispersion liquid; adding graphene oxide dispersion liquid in spraying device, spraying dispersion on substrate, heating substrate to 50-150 degrees C for 0.5-5 hours, evaporating to form graphene oxide film on substrate, where thickness of graphene oxide film is 5-120 mu m; stripping graphene oxide film; and pressing graphene oxide film with 5-20 MPa pressure, carbonizing under protective atmosphere, and carrying out graphitization. USE - Method for preparing high heat-conducting flexible graphene film (claimed) used for intelligent mobile phone, intelligent television and LED. ADVANTAGE - The method improves radiating effect.
