NOVELTY - Catalyst system comprises 5-67.8 wt.% fluorinated-alumina catalyst. The total content of the first impurity metal element in the fluorinated-alumina catalyst is less than 0.05 wt.%. The first impurity metal element comprises alkali metals, alkaline earth metals, chromium, titanium, tungsten, tin, vanadium, iron, copper, silver, zirconium and zinc. USE - Used as catalyst system. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst system: has extremely low impurity metal content and alternate layered arrangement mode, excellent raw material conversion, product selectivity and reaction stability; and achieves catalyst life and excellent temperature control of the reaction system. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: ynthesizing fluorination-alumina catalyst, comprising (A) providing alumina and forming auxiliary agent, where the dry weight ratio of the first impurity metal element contained in the alumina and the forming auxiliary agent is less than 0.05 wt.%, (B) mixing the alumina and forming auxiliary agent to form material mixture, kneading, smelting, extruding, drying and sintering to form catalyst precursor, and (C) fluorinating the catalyst precursor with fluorinating agent to form the fluorinated-alumina catalyst, where the fluorine element content in the fluorination-alumina catalyst is 5-67.8 wt.% based on the total weight of the fluorination-alumina catalyst, the total content of the first impurity metal element in the fluorination-alumina catalyst is less than 0.05 wt.%, and the first impurity metal element comprises alkali metals, alkaline earth metals, chromium, titanium, tungsten, tin, vanadium, iron, copper, silver, zirconium and zinc; and forming carbonyl-containing products by catalytic isomerization of fluorinated alkylene oxides, comprising catalytic isomerization of fluorinated alkylene oxide in the presence of the catalyst system.
