NOVELTY - The method involves cleaning tiles and blow drying. The graphene or the functionalized graphene and the aqueous epoxy resin are stirred and mixed using a stirring kettle, and the jet dispersion is performed by a jet disperser. The centrifugal purification is performed using a centrifuge, and then a heat-generating coating is obtained. The conductive material is introduced into the tile surface by using a mask coater to form a conductive path with a specific structure, and then obtains the tile after the wiring layer is introduced. The heat-generating coating is sprayed and attached to the ceramic tile using an electrostatic nozzle, and the light-curing machine is used to cure the heat-generating layer to obtain the tile coated with the heat-generating coating. USE - Method for preparing heating tile. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare heating tile, which has easy paving, no layer height, flame retardant and fire resistance, no thermal breakdown, and low voltage driving to generate heat.
