▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A polyurethane foam material based on supercritical carbon dioxide comprises 50-80 pts. wt. polyester polyol, 60-100 pts. wt. polyisocyanate, 5-20 pts. wt. polydimethylsiloxane, 8-16 pts. wt. chain extender, 5-12 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-5 pts. wt. porous graphene, 1-6.5 pts. wt. catalyst, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. light stabilizer and 1.2-3.8 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - A polyurethane foam material based on supercritical carbon dioxide. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane foam material has good insulation performance, excellent light stability, heat resistant performance and improved strength after foaming. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing a polyurethane foam material based on supercritical carbon dioxide which involves weighing separately polyester polyol, polyisocyanate, polydimethylsiloxane, chain extender, coupling agent, porous graphene, catalyst, light stabilizer, and antioxidant, mixing the components, heating to 75-80 degrees C under nitrogen (N2) environment for 1.5-2 hours, cooling to 60-65 degrees C, adding chain extender and catalyst, heat preservation reaction for 3.5-4 hours, adding light stabilizer and antioxidant, stirring uniformly to obtain the polyurethane prepolymer, adding coupling agent to polyurethane prepolymer, stirring at 110-115 degrees C for 25-30 minutes to obtain polyurethane base, placing the obtained polyurethane base in a sealed mold, quickly heating the to 130-135 degrees C, introducing supercritical carbon dioxide (CO2) fluid into the mold to control the pressure in the mold at 15.5-18.5 MPa for 3-6 hours, and reducing temperature to 100-110 degrees C and quickly releasing the pressure to obtain polyurethane foam material.
