NOVELTY - Method for preparing self-annealing graphene self-supporting high temperature electric heating film involves (i) dispersing the electrochemically exfoliated graphene containing functional groups on the surface to obtain graphene dispersion and drying to obtain self-supporting graphene film after molding, and (ii) heat-treating after the self-supporting graphene film, adding electrode to obtain an electric heating film, energizing, using the Joule heat generated by itself to self-anneal as electric heating film, and making the temperature of the electric heating film reach 350-400 degrees C using self-annealed electric heating film to obtain the product. USE - Method for preparing self-annealing graphene self-supporting high temperature electric heating film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has uniform heating temperature, high-temperature cycle heating exhibits excellent stability, simple preparation procedure, and easy large-scale industrial preparation and application, and is economical.
