▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An electroconductive material comprises graphite structure comprising graphene layers and metal chloride located between the graphene layers. The graphite structure has surface (A) which is an outer surface of one of two outermost layers of the graphene layers, and surface (B) which is an outer surface of the other of two outermost layers of the graphene layers. The graphite structure has holes on the surface (A), when the holes passing through at least one of the graphene layers towards the surface (B). The number of holes per unit area on the surface (A) is one or more per 1 mm2. USE - Electroconductive material is used in semiconductor, solar cell, electric vehicle, and lighting system. ADVANTAGE - The efficient electroconductive material has excellent electroconductivity, optical property and magnetic property and heat dissipation property. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sectional view of graphite. Graphite (2) Graphene (21) Surfaces (A,B)
