NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene glass involves cleaning glass substrate; spin coating layer of copper salt solution on resistant at high temperature glass substrate, and concentrating copper salt solution; spin coating glass substrate of copper salt solution in chemical gas phase deposition device, and heating to 1000-1100 degrees C under protection of inert gas; annealing at 1000-1100 degrees C, filling hydrogen and argon, and reducing copper salt; and keeping at 1000-1100 degrees C, introducing carbon source and hydrogen, chemical vapor deposition reaction in reaction chamber, closing carbon source, and cooling. USE - Method for preparing graphene glass (claimed).
